What is CharDown?
CharDown is a backyard party hosted by three friends who share the same first name - Charlie Johnson, Charlie Santaularia, and Charles Townsend. The party traditionally coincides with the Highlands Street Fair (not this year). In it's 10th year, CharDown is still an great excuse to come together, enjoy the start of summer in Denver, and make new friends!

Directions and Parking
DIRECTIONS: Keep in mind that 32nd Street will be closed from Perry to Irving for the Highlands Street Fair. We recommend using 38th Ave. and turning south on Perry St.
PARKING: Lyft and other ride-sharing methods, bikes, camel and walking are encouraged.
For those who drive, drive safe and please drink responsibly.

For the 4th year, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Colorado has been chosen as the beneficiary of CharDown. In lieu of asking guests to contribute towards food and alcohol, we will be encouraging guests to make a small donation to BBBSC.
